Do you sell to the public?

No, for order processing we need a copy of your state issued greenhouse/nursery/plant dealer/landscaper license and sales tax exempt certificate.

Do you ship to all states?

No, we do not ship to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii or Washington. Please see the UPS map at the bottom of the page for more details.

What are the shipping charges?

Prices listed include shipping to most states as long as you fill at least one box per ship date. Some states do require extra shipping due to transit time/winter packing. Please see the bottom of this page for details on what makes a box and states that require extra shipping charges.

Is there a minimum tray order?

No, however, there will be a shipping charge added if you do not fill at least one box per ship date. Please see the bottom of this page for more details on what makes a box.

How do I place an order?

Our online store is ready for your order 24-7, or download the price sheet and email your order to orders@westelgreenhouse.com or fax to 865-354-2929.

When do you ship?

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The day your order goes out depends on when we received it. Pick-up is available by appointment Wednesday – Friday.

Can I pick up?

Yes, we have pick ups by appointment, Wednesday – Friday only.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations are not accepted within eight weeks of your ship/pick up week.

What about payment?

Payment must be made before your order ships. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Cards are ran the Thursday before your ship date. If you wish to pay by check, checks must be received at least 14 days before your ship date.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We make every effort to make sure your order is filled correctly. However, if you do have a problem, please contact us immediately upon receiving your shipment. If plugs are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.

Trays are packed into boxes and shipped to you.

50 Ct. Tray

Four of these will usually fit in a box. These are a little different because two trays will sit side-by-side with two or three layers in the box. Please order 50ct trays in even numbers to account for packing. They do not have to be the same variety for the two.

48 and 70 Ct Trays

Two of these will usually fit in a box. They will be stacked one on top of the other in individual inserts to separate them.

125 Ct and 144 Ct Trays

Three of these will usually fit in a box. They will be stacked one on top of the other in individual inserts to separate them.

288 Ct Tray (sold as 250)

Four of these will usually fit in a box. They will be stacked one on top of the other in individual inserts to separate them.
